Herts Outcomes Bees

The six Hertfordshire Outcome Bees are a set of key outcome areas for children, young people and their families. They were developed to align priorities and measure progress in meeting outcomes for all children at both an individual and strategic level in Hertfordshire.

Wellbeing Strategy

The purpose of developing this county wide emotional wellbeing and behaviour strategy was to promote a move away from traditional behaviour management approaches, which place a huge emphasis on rewards and punishments linked to behaviour, towards a more holistic, relational and universal approach, which is inclusive for all, and can benefit the whole school community.
